Shipping Information
Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or equivalent carriers. Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping
We offer limited international shipping. Delivery times vary by country, usually between 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their local authorities.
Tracking
All parcels are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@profets.co. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and assessed. Please allow 5–7 business days for funds to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
