We take pride in the quality of our products. Returns are only accepted where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at digitalprofets @ gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you select your size and style carefully before placing your order.
